Time Frame for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot process exchange requests made after this time frame.

Eligible Products for Exchange

The following items are eligible for exchange:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, you are eligible to exchange it. To initiate this process, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item because you’ve changed your mind, we offer change of mind exchanges under the following conditions:
    • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    For all exchanges, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the courier charges to send the item back to us. The Kamalia Khaddar will cover the courier charges for shipping the exchanged item back to you. Please note: For change of mind exchanges, if the new item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, store credit will be issued for the difference.

Exclusion Criteria

We will not process exchanges if:

  • The exchange request is made after the 7-day window.
  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • The item is missing its original packaging or tags, or it has been tampered with.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange, not for refunds.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us

To initiate an exchange, contact us at WhatsApp. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and photos of any defects (if applicable).

Return Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, carefully package the item in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. The customer is responsible for covering the courier charges for sending the item back to us. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery. You will also need to share the tracking number of the returned item via WhatsApp once it has been shipped.

Courier Charges

For all types of exchanges, the customer is only responsible for the courier charges to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify it meets the exchange criteria, The Kamalia Khaddar will cover the courier charges for shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your new item has been dispatched.

Change of Mind Exchanges: Specific Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Change of Mind Exchanges
    • If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges to return the item, while The Kamalia Khaddar will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
  2. Price Differences in Change of Mind Exchanges
    • If the item you are exchanging is of higher value than your original purchase, you will need to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed. If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue store credit for the difference, which can be used on future purchases.
