Following the partition of the subcontinent, the historic town of Kamalia in Punjab, Pakistan, naturally stood out as the true home of pure cotton handloom weaving.

While the weaving roots of our family and local artisans extend deep into subcontinental history, The Kamalia Khaddar® brand was formally established in 1980 directly at the production source in Kamalia.
